Proxxima™ polyolefin thermoset resin systems offer a combination of process and performance advantages for infusion processes. Compatible with leading composite fabrication methods and a wide range of fibers — including glass and carbon — enabling fast, efficient, and cost-effective production.
Resin Transfer Molding (RTM)
With diverse fiber compatibility, whether it is long flow paths, complex geometries, multiple thicknesses, or super thick cross sections, Proxxima systems can outperform alternative resin systems.
The ultra-low viscosity enables rapid infusion speeds and low void content. Coupled with fast cure speeds, Proxxima systems allow for improved cycle time and reduced time in mold.
Proxxima systems are uniquely formulated to work in VARTM, LP-RTM, HP-RTM and other infusion processes.

Filament winding
Proxxima resin systems exhibit higher toughness and resistance to chemicals and water than typical epoxy alternatives. Higher burst pressure enables cylinder redesign to reduce high-cost carbon fiber utilization. Our late-stage developmental solutions fit the traditional wet winding process and enable low cure temperatures & short post-cure time.
